Why would Dr. Ralph Baric give a presentation on Enabling Biohacking and Biowarfare?
The NAIAD and DARPA awarded Ralph Baric over $140 million dollars in Non-Competitive Grants for his Synthetic Biological Warfare ENABLING Technologies.
That’s where your tax money is going. And they are using these Biological Weapons on you.
The 2011 data the the WHO, the Wellcome Trust Path and the Gates Foundation did on your worldwide program on Malaria Vaccine for children under the age of 6 months.
In their clinical trial, they killed 66 children in the Vaccine group and then cunningly used the term control – for a control group they murdered 28 children.
It turns out that the control group was not a Saline Injection, it was not some sort of innocuous innocent thing, it was actually a cocktail of other known pathogenic disease carrying injections.
The Control Group – was ALREADY Known to Kill People. They knew it and intentionally used it.
In a clinical trial you should ALWAYS have a Control vs Treatment.
The Control should always be a Placebo Saline or Sugar Solution, not a known agent that already is DEADLY.

The WHO was funded and founded in 1947 by people with the INTENT to commit a crime and their own language defines it.
The first “official” director of the WHO was Dr. Brock Chisholm.
Dr. Brock Chisholm advocated for Population Control as its Primary Objective.
I guess we are all confused and thought Public Health was the purpose of the WHO.
The WHO has NOTHING to do with Health! It has to do with causing Disease to shorten your lifespans and to decrease your fertility so reproduction rates slow down.

When the PLANNED the release of the use of a Biologically Modified Chimera (mixing genetic material with different species or organisms) associated with the model derived from Coronavirus, they actually said the following:

The “CRISIS” was diminishing funding, there was NO Health Crisis.

September 18, 2019 – the WHO said that they were going to conduct an experience for the world, there was going to be a rapidly spreading pandemic due to a Lethal Respiratory Pathogen.
They flat out said we were going to have the promulgation (spreading through public) of a Deadly Agent.
The stated reason in September 2020, the progress indicator is that the world would accept a Universal Vaccine.
There were NO other treatment options. It was an untested, novel, experimental “vaccine.”
They did not want coercion so they created as much FEAR as they possibly could so people would accept their solution.
As mentioned, investors would follow if they saw profit at the end of the PROCESS. Did they see the gold at the end of this beautiful rainbow.

Pfizer only made $100 BILLION in 2022 alone. That is YOUR money tax payers.
Moderna, after lying to congress in October of 2020 when they were asked to actually verify whether or not NAIAD was promoting an injection that would enrich NAIAD, where Anthony Fauci and the entire team a NIH said that they had no financial interest in their recommendation, they receive a back payment royalty of $400 million for the First Payment of the Royalty.
That is more money than the NIH has EVER received in single payment for a single invention in the history of American Medical Research.
Just after this, the World Health Organization requested “donations” to expand its budget by 11% – Dr. Martin said they laundered the money right back.
This is a criminal act, done by a criminal institution, established to enable criminal behavior, since its foundation in 1947.
The problem is not health, not public health, not the suppression of information and the suppression of dissident views and the absolute unconscionable treatment of physicians around the world and academia who spoke out against this – that’s not the crime, the crime is that we had criminal racketeers who conspired and created an emergency. The same criminal racketeers planned, manufactured and captured ALL agencies to make sure that you were brainwashed to use the masks, keep your social distance at a minimum of six feet and to take those vaccines.
This was Organized Crime and we should treat it as such.
This resulted in the destruction of liberty and most important, the death and destruction of the integrity of well meaning people who have done everything within their power to try to treat the calamities created by this catastrophe.
