The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) claims that PM Modi made Rahul Gandhi sit on a sit-in protest at his residence to weaken the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP)’s protest. Speaking to the media, AAP leader Somnath Bharti said that Rahul Gandhi is trying to undermine the issue. He alleged that the BJP and Congress have colluded. Bharti claimed that Rahul Gandhi is under pressure from the BJP. He said that if Rahul Gandhi wants to support the students, he should go to Jantar Mantar.
Saurabh Bhardwaj said, “How can anyone sit outside the Prime Minister’s residence without government permission? Rahul Gandhi was allowed to go there with several other leaders, and then he dominated the media headlines. He sat for only an hour, and then government ministers and the Home Secretary came to meet him. How did this happen?” Rahul Gandhi is sitting outside the Prime Minister’s residence with 100 people, and this is being allowed to happen. Why is this jugalbandi happening? It’s because a real movement is taking place at Jantar Mantar, and this is being done to remove them. These Gen-G people are not under the government’s control, which is why they want to remove them.
AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal also reached the protest site at Jantar Mantar. He said that beating children is not right. An FIR has been filed against the students. Kejriwal appealed to the students to remain steadfast, saying that even the biggest dictator has to bow before the public.
It is noteworthy that Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, KC Venugopal, Pawan Khera, and other Congress leaders have staged a sit-in protest outside the Prime Minister’s residence. This is a highly sensitive security area, where no ordinary person can stay. It is believed that the Congress party secretly planned this protest and, under the pretext of a foot march, sat outside the Prime Minister’s residence with several leaders.
Cockroach Janata Party founder Abhijeet Dipke questioned the central government’s intention to initiate talks with his organization, saying that while the government is negotiating with the CJP, it is resorting to police action against protesters. Addressing supporters who have been protesting at Jantar Mantar for 32 days demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan in the NEET paper leak case, Dipke said, “The government wasted our time. They invited our delegation and confiscated their mobile phones. Ashutosh Ranka and Saurav Das were virtually placed under house arrest at JP Nadda’s residence.”
