Petition for Contempt of Court against SC Judges in Patanjali Case

Various legal organizations, retired judges, journalists, lawyers, activists, physicians, non-governmental organizations, government officials, Ayurvedic and Naturopathy practitioners, have come forward to support Patanjali due to their perception of the unfriendly and harmful stance taken by Justices Khan and Kohli as an attack on Indian Knowledge Traditions overall, and Ayurveda specifically.

Advocate Nilesh Ojha
Advocate Ishwarlal Agarwal

Advocate Nilesh Ojha and Advocate Ishwarlal Agarwal are determined to bring justice to the forefront and protect the ancient tradition of Ayurveda from being undermined by powerful forces. They believe that the Supreme Court is the only institution that can provide a fair and unbiased judgment in this matter.

The petition they have submitted highlights the unethical practices of the two judges who have been swayed by the interests of the global pharmaceutical mafia. By supporting their agenda to destroy Patanjali, these judges are not only compromising the integrity of the judiciary but also endangering the future of Ayurveda, a holistic and natural healing system that has been practiced for centuries.

Advocate Nilesh Ojha and Advocate Ishwarlal Agarwal are prepared to fight tirelessly for the rights and the preservation of Ayurveda. They are confident that their petition will bring attention to this critical issue and hold those responsible for their actions. Their courage and determination serve as a beacon of hope for all those who believe in justice and the protection of traditional knowledge and practices.

The Complainants have also demanded that a criminal case be registered against the Indian Medical Association (IMA) under section 175, 302, 304, 409, 120(B), etc. of IPC in addition to cancellation of their registration for promoting deadly vaccines and harmful medicines being pushed by the pharma mafia. This amounts to misusing their status as office bearers of IMA in order to serve the vested interests of the executive committee members of IMA.

In a recent interview, the Chief Justice of India, D.Y. Chandrachud, opened up about his personal experience with AYUSH treatments, including Ayurveda, Yoga, and Naturopathy, during his battle against COVID-19. He shared his journey, highlighting the positive impact these traditional Indian practices had on his overall well-being and recovery.

During his illness, the Chief Justice turned to Ayurveda, a centuries-old system of medicine that focuses on balancing the body, mind, and spirit. He found solace in the natural remedies and herbal formulations prescribed by Ayurvedic practitioners, which helped alleviate his symptoms and boost his immunity.

Yoga, another integral part of AYUSH, became an essential component of Chief Justice Chandrachud’s recovery routine. He highlighted the significance of yoga in strengthening the respiratory system, reducing stress, and improving overall mental and physical well-being. Regular practice of yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditation played a vital role in his recuperation.

Naturopathy, a discipline that emphasizes the body’s inherent ability to heal itself through natural means, also played a significant role in the Chief Justice’s journey. He embraced various naturopathic techniques, such as hydrotherapy, mud therapy, and dietary modifications, which helped detoxify his body and restore balance.

Chief Justice Chandrachud’s experience with AYUSH treatments not only aided his recovery but also deepened his appreciation for India’s rich traditional knowledge systems. He emphasized the need for greater integration of AYUSH practices into mainstream healthcare.
