ROGER STONE: Bill Gates, Microsoft Designed Election Fraud Software Used By Dominion
“100% of the voting machines and voting systems in this country are using the same software that Dominion has been using to switch votes,” said Stone.
November 21, 2020: Roger Stone, the longtime political veteran who has been identified as one of the progenitors of the Stop the Steal movement for election integrity in the United States, released a video explaining that he has evidence Microsoft, at the direction of Bill Gates, designed the vote counting software used to commit election fraud by Dominion Voting Systems and competing companies.
Stone explained that Microsoft, at Gates’ instruction, “designed a software called Election Guard” that has “been used by Dominion, as well as Election Services, Hurt Intercivic, Clean Ballot, Election Systems and Hardware, BPro, and Smartmatic.”
“In other words, 100% of the voting machines and voting systems in this country are using the same software that Dominion has been using to switch votes,” said Stone.

Dominion Voting Systems has been repeatedly accused of using vote-counting software that can switch votes if an administrator desires. Trump campaign attorney Sidney Powell made these claims publicly [a] last Thursday.

ElectionGuard is open-source software created by Microsoft, free of charge, as part of the company’s Defending Democracy Program. ElectionGuard uses technology called homomorphic encryption to keep people’s votes secret and secure while still enabling the math required to count votes.
Since Powell charged Dominion with supplanting the will of the American people and stealing the election, over 100 Dominion Voting Systems employees have purged their LinkedIn accounts [b], and the company reneged on its promise [c] to meet with Pennsylvania lawmakers on Friday.

Gates was also tied to the infamous “Antifa U-Haul” that was seen delivering shields and other supplies to rioters in Louisville, Kentucky.

Voting experts warn of ‘serious threats’ for 2024 from election equipment software breaches
The letter sent by nearly two dozen computer scientists, election security experts and voter advocacy organizations asks for a federal probe and a risk assessment of voting machines used throughout the country, saying the software breaches have “urgent implications for the 2024 election and beyond.” The breaches affected voting equipment made by two companies that together count over 70% of the votes cast across the country, according to the letter.
“The multistate effort to unlawfully obtain copies of voting system software poses serious threats to election security and national security and constitutes a potential criminal conspiracy of enormous consequences,” the group wrote in a letter sent to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland, special counsel Jack Smith, FBI Director Christopher Wray and Jen Easterly, director of the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. “We must protect our most sacred tenet of democracy — the security of our vote.”
