Congress leader Sonia Gandhi’s book is set to release on November 10th. In the lead-up to the book, she has been sharing information about it in small snippets or promoting it. Meanwhile, she has once again shared a video on Instagram, stating that it’s now her turn to tell her own story. In the caption accompanying the video, she wrote, “When this book comes out, there’s bound to be some spectacle. After all, for decades, others have told my story. Now it’s my turn, when I tell my own story to the world.”

Sonia Gandhi further stated in the video that she didn’t know whether she should tell the full story. “When my husband was asked to become Prime Minister, I was completely against it.” The video also shows photos of Rajiv Gandhi with Sonia Gandhi. Also, some photos of his funeral are shared. Sonia Gandhi stated in the video that “a lot has been said about me for decades.” Things were also said which were not actually true. Some things were even exaggerated, but now it is time to present the true story with all the facts. Sonia Gandhi said that this book does not contain my views but my story. It is possible that after knowing it, some people’s views may change and perhaps some people may turn against me. This happens when you are in public life and you write a book. Therefore, some drama is bound to happen when the book is released. It is noteworthy that a book is coming on Sonia Gandhi’s life titled ‘Belonging: A Journey of Love’.
