Today a big seminar was organized in Mumbai on the issue of Rajdharma Rashtrodaya. In this seminar, eminent scholars, writers, journalists, lawyers, scientists, businessmen and former servants from all over the country participated. Their aim is not just to come to a seminar and exchange their feelings, rather their aim is to restore national pride and make the future of the country glorious. They are here with the aim of dedicating their body, mind and wealth to achieve this objective. The aim of his campaign of Rajdharma and Rashtrodaya is to develop India as a country where the Constitution and the rule of law prevail over power and influence, where bureaucrats and ministers are servants of the public, where the public considers itself proud and national interest prevails over personal interest. Here, concern was expressed about the fact that India has a glorious history, despite this, after attaining independence, many evils like corruption, anarchy, misuse of position and power have taken root in our country.
On this occasion, Indian Bar Association President Nilesh Ojha said that we do not need any special effort to complete our campaign because the Indian Constitution has already made such a provision. According to the Indian Constitution, every person in the country is equal, from peon to Prime Minister and lawyer to Chief Justice of India and from agricultural laborers to big businessmen, all are equal. If the Supreme Court or the High Court gives a decision in any case for some so-called big people, then the same rules and decision will be applicable in every case related to it, no matter who the person is. He stressed that even the people holding high positions are our servants i.e. the public. He said that the salaries and facilities of all these are paid from the tax payer’s money. Every citizen of the country pays taxes to the country in some form or the other, hence it is the duty of the government and the judiciary to provide justice and all the facilities provided by the Constitution to the common people. He asked people not to have any misconceptions about high officials. He said that he is not a sir. All of them are public servants. Then raising the issue of Disha Salian, he said that big people like Uddhav Thackeray, Aditya Thackeray were involved in this case, corrupt police officers like Paramveer Singh were involved and were trying to suppress this case in every way, but we did not let this happen and now an FIR has been registered in this. In such a situation, there is no need for anyone to accept defeat, no matter how big the people are in the opposition.
On this occasion, Ashutosh Pathak, Editor in Chief of Q Bhaiva Network, presented his stand in a forceful manner regarding the injustice done in the case of Sushant Singh Rajput and Disha Salian. Praising the acting ability of Sushant Singh Rajput, he said that he had the amazing ability to portray the character of any character. Ashutosh Pathak cited the acting done by Sushant Singh Rajput in Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s biopic as an example among the people present. He called upon all the filmmakers like Amitabh Bachchan, Nasruddin Shah, Shabana Azmi, Javed Akhtar to stand in favor of justice in this case. He also strongly reprimanded the journalists who helped Aditya Thackeray, Paramveer Singh etc. in suppressing this matter. Paying tribute to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Ashutosh Pathak said that the Marathas of Maharashtra are in an awakened state and they will not allow corrupt people like Sachin Waje and Paramveer Singh to succeed. All of them will go to jail and justice will be done in the case of Disha Salian and Sushant Singh Rajput. Regarding the evasive attitude adopted by the investigating agencies in this case, Ashutosh Pathak said that big but corrupt people like Aditya Thackeray, Paramvir Singh are accused in this case, who are trying to suppress this case by using their influence, due to which it is getting delayed. But we will not let them do so and with the cooperation of all of you, we will get justice to Disha Salian and Sushant Singh Rajput in any case. He said that we will have to continue moving forward firmly on our resolve of nationalism and national development and only then we will be able to succeed in our objective.
