Cockroach will over as PM Modi government begins talk with Sonam Wangchuk

Date:

Cockroach is an ancient word, literally meaning a small creature that spreads dirt and disease. However, it has become most active in Indian politics, especially in its digital form. In the current context, the term was first used by Chief Justice of India Surya Kant, who wrote a piece specifically referring to cockroaches to a group of young people. Consequently, leaders of some political parties seized on Chief Justice Surya Kant’s words and, while remaining behind the scenes, formed the Cockroach Janata Party in digital format through Abhijeet Dipke, and began to further their political agenda.

At this time, a major paper leak scandal erupted in the NEET UG exam, providing these political party leaders with a significant opportunity. Demanding the resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan, the Education Minister of the Narendra Modi government, based on the NITI Aayog exam paper leak, the leaders of the Cockroach Janata Party, along with Sonam Wangchuk, launched their protest at Jantar Mantar.

Sonam Wangchuk sat on a hunger strike during this protest at Jantar Mantar, while the leaders who had formed the Cockroach Janata Party, working behind the scenes, came forward to take the stage. Among the leaders who took the stage, Aam Aadmi Party National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal was a prominent participant, while the Congress Party and Samajwadi Party sent some of their leaders to Jantar Mantar to support the protest. Fearing that Arvind Kejriwal might once again reap significant political benefits like the Anna movement, neither Congress leader Rahul Gandhi nor Samajwadi Party National President Akhilesh Yadav ever shared the stage at Jantar Mantar. Furthermore, some JNU students and celebrities from the film industry also expressed their support for the protest. Abhijeet Deepak, who founded the digital platform Cockroach Janata Party, also openly shared the stage.

Outwardly, this movement was being run for the benefit of students and youth, but secretly, a strategy was being hatched to overthrow PM Modi’s government. Similar plans were being hatched by Jain ji to overthrow the government in Bangladesh and Nepal. Issues related to the interests of students and youth were completely lost here. No one was concerned about Sonam Wangchuk’s health, and in fact, numerous intelligence reports received by the government revealed that efforts were being made to form a movement to overthrow PM Modi’s government, even at the risk of Sonam Wangchuk’s life. These people’s expenses were being borne by greedy anti-Modi supporters. Sonam Wangchuk fasted, while the other leaders continued to eat and drink throughout the day, and on top of that, there was dancing, singing, and revelry. Perhaps it didn’t seem likely that the Narendra Modi government would accept Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation. In such a situation, if Sonam Wangchuk dies due to the hunger strike, they will launch a nationwide movement in his name and succeed in overthrowing PM Modi’s government.

Meanwhile, PM Modi was also aware of these roaches, who were preparing to inflict a setback on his government even at the cost of Sonam Wangchuk’s life. Consequently, Narendra Modi’s strategists had someone file a PIL in the Delhi High Court alleging the possibility of Sonam Wangchuk’s death due to the hunger strike. Following this, the High Court directed the Delhi government and the central government to save Sonam Wangchuk’s life. The Narendra Modi government immediately acted on this demand, and with the help of the Delhi Police and numerous paramilitary forces, Sonam Wangchuk was evacuated from the protest site at Jantar Mantar and admitted to Delhi’s Safdarjung Hospital for better treatment.

Despite Sonam Wangchuk’s admission to Safdarjung Hospital, the cockroaches continued to spread filth. Arvind Kejriwal and leaders of several major political parties tried to continue their protest by calling Narendra Modi’s government dictatorial and short-tempered, forcing Sonam Wangchuk to be forcibly removed from the protest site and admitted to Safdarjung Hospital. However, PM Modi’s strategists thwarted their efforts by imposing Section 144 in all these areas in the name of the monsoon session, forcing all the protesters to leave.

The situation has now completely shifted in favor of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government. Because Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s strategy forced these cockroaches to retreat into their burrows. Firstly, Narendra Modi’s government quickly conducted the examination through NITI Aayog and announced the results, and secondly, it accepted all the three conditions that Sonam Wangchuk had submitted to the government for breaking his fast.

After being admitted to Safdarjung Hospital, social activist Sonam Wangchuk placed the following three key conditions and demands before the government to end her fast:

Accountability for the failure of the education system: The central government should accept responsibility for the system’s flaws and failures in the recent examinations (especially the NEET paper leak and irregularities).

Raising the issue in Parliament: Political leaders and MPs should assure that this education and paper leak issue will be raised prominently in the monsoon session of Parliament.

Personal assurances by leaders: If he is unable to join the Parliament march due to health reasons, top political leaders should visit him in the hospital and give personal assurances of resolving these demands.
