Pre-orders for Temple, a wearable brain-tracking device, will begin on November 1, 2026. The company has released a teaser online. The company’s CEO, Deepinder Goyal, shared new information about the device. In response to a question from an X user, Deepinder explained that users can share Temple data with their doctors. Let’s find out in detail.

Recently, while answering some questions from X users, Goyal confirmed that Temple users can share their data with doctors. He also provided information about the device replacement policy.
Priyanshu Goswami, who goes by the username @darksentry312 on X, tagged Goyal and wrote, “Just asking, can we share the data collected through this with our doctors in the future?” Goyal replied to this tweet, saying yes.

Not only this, another user also asked Goyal what the nominal fee mentioned on the website meant for device replacement. Does this mean that users can upgrade to a new model for a small fee?

Responding to this question, Goyal clarified that this offer is for replacing lost devices and does not include new models.

The main purpose of the Temple device is to understand what is happening inside your brain. This device tracks changes in blood flow and oxygen levels in the brain, as well as signals related to cognitive load. Its purpose is to help users understand how their body responds during stress, exercise, and recovery.

The first batch of Temple devices will cost ₹85,000. The wearable will come in six color options: True Gold, Rose Gold, Black Mirror, Real Jade, Deep Blue, and Purple Funk. However, if you want something a little different, there are also Real Jade, Deep Blue, and Purple Funk limited-editions available.
