Uddhav & Aditya Thackrey in trouble for offering 50 crores to petitioner to not pursue PIL – Sushant Singh Rajput & Disha Saliyan Murder case

The Chief Justice of the High Court has fixed December 6 as the date for hearing the case. Even before that, BJP MLA Nitesh Rane has alleged that he had received reliable information that Aditya and Uddhav Thackeray would flee to London to avoid arrest . 

This has paved the way for Disha and Sushant to get justice and there is a possibility of getting big news soon .

Public demand for immediate police protection to the petitioners and their lawyers.  

Mumbai :- The petitioner Rashid Khan Pathan and his lawyer Adv. Nilesh Ojha got angry and filed a direct complaint against Uddhav and Aditya .

Taking cognizance of that complaint, the President’s office appointed the Deputy Secretary of the Government of Maharashtra Smt. The case has been sent to Roshni Kadam Patil and instructions have been given to investigate and take immediate action. It has been published on the website of the President’s Office that the progress of the case will be reviewed by the President’s Office after 15 days.

The said action has created excitement not only in Maharashtra but also in the politics of the entire country and there is a possibility that Aditya and Uddhav Thackeray will be arrested soon.

The petitioner has already filed a petition for contempt of court and other criminal proceedings against Aditya Thackeray and his lawyer Rahul Arote for defrauding the High Court by proving Aditya Thackeray’s affidavit false in the High Court and the hearing of that petition will also be held on December 6 . IA No. 19612 of 2023]

 Also Aditya Thackeray has already been given a damages notice of 19750 crores for giving false and defamatory affidavit .

Considering the evidence given in the case and the progress of the case, there is a strong possibility that Aditya Thackeray and other co-accused will be arrested, MLA Nitesh Rane has told the reporters that there is reliable information that Aditya and Uddhav Thackeray will flee to London with their entire family before Diwali.

Petitioner Rashid Khan and his lawyer Adv . Messages are circulating on social media that justice-loving people across the country and Sushant Singh Rajput supporters from all over the world have thanked and praised Nilesh Ojha for taking forward the case boldly and honestly .

In this case, there is a strong demand from the public that immediate police protection should be provided to the petitioners and their lawyers .

President of India ordered enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner.

Enquiry is assigned to Maharashtra State’s Dy. Chief secretary Smt. Roshni Kadam Patil.

FIR is likely to be registered soon and Uddhav & Aditya should go to jail.

To avoid arrest Aditya & Uddhav alongwith their family are likely to abscond and settle in London permanently, said BJP MLA Nitesh Rane.

Justice loving people and Sushant Singh fans appreciated the honesty and courage shown by the Petitioner and his advocate.

They demanded immediate police protection to petitioner & advocates.

Mumbai:- In Disha Saliyan’s gang rape and murder case and in Sushant Singh Rajput’s murder case, the main accused Aditya Thackrey and co-accused Uddhav Thackrey had landed in new trouble as on the complaint lodged by the advocate for Petitioner.

The President of India on 27th October,2023 ordered enquiry on the complaint  for offering 50 crores to petitioner to not to pursue the PIL.

As per order passed by President of India’s office, Smt. Roshni Kadam Patil, Deputy Secretary of General Administration Department, is appointed as enquiry officer.  

It is also mentioned in the case update of President’s website that the President’s office will take follow up from State Government after 15 days from 27th October,2023.

Already Aditya Thackrey and his advocate Rahul Arote have been prosecuted under contempt and perjury charges for filing false and misleading affidavit with overruled submission.

The perjury petition I.A. No. 19612 of 2023 is filed by the petitioner under section 340 of Cr.P.C and will also be heard on 6th December 2023 alongwith the PIL.

Already a legal notice for defamation of Rs. 19,750 crores is served upon the Aditya Thackrey by the petitioner because Aditya had made false, baseless and defamatory allegations against the petitioner.

BJP MLA Sh. Nitesh Rane in his interviews on 28th October 2023 had said that as per reliable sources it is learnt that Aditya Thackrey had realized that he should be arrested in Disha Saliyan & Sushant Singh Rajput’s murder case and therefore Aditya & Uddhav Thackrey are likely to abscond to London with their family. These allegations are not denied by the Thackrey group.

All justice loving citizen and Sushant Singh Rajput’s fans have appreciated the honesty and courage shown by the petitioner Shri Rashid Khan Pathan & his advocate Nilesh Ojha. Social media is flooded with such messages. They demanded state government to forthwith provide the police protection to them.
