Adar Poonawala had written a complaint letter to the police in which he indicated that all of the people in Awaken India Movement should be arrested on October 1, 2022. Adar Poonawala’s statement did not sway the police; they said they found no reason to charge them based on your letter.
Then Adar Poonawala, along with Serum Institute, went to the High Court for compensation of Rs 100 crore after the police failed to listen to him. According to Poonawala, anyone claiming that people die because of Serum Institute should be barred from speaking and running their news channel. Should issue injection orders against them.
Adv. Nilesh Ojha asserted that Poonawalla had no influence over the police and that they knew what was legal and fair. The Bombay High Court further dismissed Poonawalla’s allegations.
Adv. Nilesh Ojha said he had received a letter from Adar Poonawala on October 18, 2022, saying he would suffer if they did not stop propaganda against him. As a result of hearing the entire case, the Bombay High Court judge did not provide any relief to Poonawala. In addition to not accepting Poonawalla’s complaint, the High Court also told Adv.Ojha that the judiciary is not a slave to money lenders. Poonawala attempted to bring this matter before the High Court again on November 23, 2022, but the judge refused to hear it.

By hiding the fatal side effects of the Covishield vaccine, now the court issued a show-cause notice to explain why the ban should not be imposed for falsely claiming the vaccine is completely safe. There has been also an order issued to show cause as to why a ban on Indian Bar Association members should not be issued.
As an advocate for Prakash Pohare, former judge Onkar Kakade, the National President of the Indian Bar Association Adv. Nilesh Ojha, and about 500 lawyers from the Lawyers and Human Rights Association have come on board. Adar Poonawala and Bill Gates are notified of the deadline for filing a compensation petition of Rs.1000 crores in connection with the death of Dr. Snehal Lunawat due to Covishield in association with the Awaken India Movement.
There are more deaths due to vaccines than Corona because of heart attacks, paralysis, joint pain, blindness, deafness, diabetes, kidney failure, cancer, skin diseases, brain (neurological) problems, fighting any disease Reduction in capacity, and death from any disease. Covishield has been banned in 21 European countries for similar reasons, but Adar Poonawala and his partner Bill Gates, the Health Secretary, have not. They cheated the lives of crores of people in the country by claiming the vaccine is completely safe and forcefully vaccinating them many times using corrupt individuals, like Rajesh Bhushan.

Adar Poonawala filed a false complaint with the Puna Police demanding the arrest of the Awaken India Movement members in order to discourage these patriotic activists from doing their national work. Serum Institute’s false complaint was rejected by Pune Police. Following that, more than 3000 members of the Awaken India Movement sent Serum Institute compensation notices worth about 4 lakh crores.
Neither Serum Institute nor Adar Poonawala was able to respond to that question. As a senior member of the organization and Editor-in-Chief of Dainik Deshonnati, Prakash Pohare filed a lawsuit in Nagpur court after he did not receive a reply to his compensation notice. For a compensation of Rs.10,000 crores, the court requires that a court fee of Rs. 3 lakhs be paid. Prakash Pohare deposited that amount as well.
Pohare’s lawyer, former judge Omkar Kakade, presented his arguments to the court on April 12, 2023, and the court took cognizance of the case. The notice was issued by the court to Adar Poonawalla, Serum Institute, and Vivek Pradhan, who were required to reply by April 20, 2023. As clarified by the court, if Adar Poonawala does not appear and file a reply by April 20, 2023, either personally or through his lawyer, then the court will hear his case and render an order in his absence.
