Police dispersed and lathi-charged BPSC TRE-4 candidates in Patna
BPSC TRE candidates were once again lathi-charged in Patna. Thousands of candidates took to the streets to protest, demanding the release of the BPSC TRE-4 advertisement. Police erected barricades to stop them, but angry candidates attempted to break through.

Bihar’s new Education Minister, Mithilesh Tiwari, was sworn in on Thursday. The protests by candidates as soon as he became Minister of Education are being considered a challenge for Tiwari. Recruitment is scheduled for approximately 46,595 posts under the BPSC TRE-4. But the candidates’ anger erupted because the advertisement had not been released yet. They remained on the streets demanding their demands.
During the protest, student leader Dilip also said that Mithilesh Tiwari has become the new Education Minister of Bihar. He should work for the youth. On April 16, the BPSC Examination Controller claimed in a podcast that the advertisement for BPSC TRE-4 would be released in three to four days. But today, May 8th has passed and the advertisement has not been released yet. Candidates are only being given assurances and deceived.
