Senior Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar jibe ‘Tukde’ on RSS, BJP retaliates

Date:

New Delhi: Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar has once again given such a controversial statement on which there is bound to be an uproar. Aiyar said that India is broken and Rahul Gandhi is working to unite it. On this statement of the Congress leader, now BJP has cornered him and has called his statement an insult to Sardar Patel.

Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar has given such a statement during Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra, on which the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has cornered him. In fact, Aiyar said that India is broken and therefore needs to be united. This is also the aim of the Bharat Jodo Yatra. Calling this statement of Aiyar an insult to the country, the BJP has called it an insult to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel as well.

In fact, when the media asked Aiyar, who reached the party headquarters on the 138th foundation day of the Congress, that the opposition is saying that the country is broken, that this journey is taking place on Rahul’s ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’. On this, the former Union Minister said, ‘I am seeing, are you not seeing, what are the members of the Sangh Parivar who divided India on the basis of religion, language, caste and culture. There are people. This yatra is being conducted against their bad work. India needs to connect. We do feel.

He further said that the purpose of this visit is the same as what Rahul has said i.e., United India. However, in response to a question by the news channel ‘Times Now’, Aiyar went a step further and said that India is broken and therefore needs to be united. But the purpose of this visit is not any election purpose. The election work will be done after the end of this yatra.

After Aiyar’s statement, BJP attacked the Congress. BJP’s national spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla said that Aiyar had insulted Sardar Patel by saying so. The Congress party has been repeatedly belittling Patel’s contribution. The Patel who united India, Congress is saying that India is broken and Rahul Gandhi is uniting it. From Rajasthan, Delhi to Goa and Karnataka, his party is a broken party.

The partition of the country was due to the ambition of the Congress party. India was partitioned in 1947. On one hand, Rahul Gandhi says that he walked 2800 kms, there is no hatred anywhere. Aiyar says India is broken. This is not a Bharat Jodo Yatra, this is a Hated Jodo Yatra, Poonawalla added.
