The Bombay High Court’s decision in the case of Disha Salian’s death in Mumbai has once again brought the matter into the spotlight. The court directed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to register an FIR in the matter. Following the decision, Disha Salian’s father, Satish Salian, appeared emotional. He expressed gratitude to the court, saying that he has received justice and that truth has now prevailed.

Following the Bombay High Court’s decision, Disha Salian’s father, Satish Salian, expressed gratitude to the court. He said, “I told the judge that I am grateful to him. I have received justice because of all of you. I haven’t shed a single tear until now, not even at the time of Disha’s death. But today, tears are flowing.”

He further said, “I will do whatever the lawyer advises. That day has come. Truth has prevailed and will continue to prevail in the future.”

He said, “Today I was going to receive the reward for the victory of truth.” I express my gratitude to the court and to all of you in the media. We have received justice because of you all. It is only because of Nilesh Ojha and his team that I can see this victory today. We will continue to fight in the same way we are fighting now.

After the Bombay High Court directed the CBI to register an FIR, BJP leader Ram Kadam also reacted. He said that the judiciary has finally given justice to Disha Salian’s family. There is delay in God’s court, but there is no injustice. Disha Salian’s father himself is saying that his daughter did not die. She was tortured, harassed, and murdered, and the then Uddhav Thackeray government tried to hush up the matter to protect a prominent leader. These allegations are from Disha Salian’s father. Go and ask a father, what is the pain of losing a daughter?

Ram Kadam further said that now a case should be registered and the case should be handed over to the CBI. In this way, the judiciary has given justice to Disha’s father. The question arises: who was the Uddhav Thackeray government trying to protect at that time? Why was this case suppressed overnight?

He said that all those who were attempted to be protected, including Mr. Uddhav Thackeray, will have to answer this question before the judiciary. Now, the CBI will investigate this entire matter and a case will be filed.
