ISI’s honeytrap module exposed, plot to kidnap politicians; female agent Arpita arrested from Jharkhand
Pakistan’s intelligence agency, the ISI, has now adopted a dangerous and new tactic to destabilize India. After targeting army soldiers and officers, it is now plotting to target Indian politicians, VIPs, and high-ranking officials. The Special Task Force (STF), investigating the infamous “Renaissance Scandal” in West Bengal, has exposed this entire international espionage network with a sensational discovery.
Given the gravity of the case, a joint team of the STF and police conducted raids in Jharkhand and arrested a woman named Arpita Sarkar. Immediately after the arrest, the STF team brought her to the Bardhaman police station late at night. The secrets Arpita revealed during rigorous interrogation stunned security agencies. Arpita was tasked with extracting confidential information from politically influential figures, bureaucrats, and their close associates by using her beauty as a trap. Arpita is accused not only of leaking sensitive information but also of honey-trapping several prominent politicians and plotting their kidnapping.
Investigations have revealed that the entire syndicate was led by the main accused, Hamim Mandal, who was receiving direct instructions from the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI and the notorious Bhatti gang. Hamim was tasked with reconnaissance of VIP areas in India, sending sensitive information related to the military and administration across the border, and recruiting new recruits into this business.
STF sources indicate that this network of Arpita Sarkar and Hamim Mandal is not limited to Bengal or Jharkhand. It also has direct links to several suspects in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Security agencies are now compiling a list of all the politicians and officials who were in contact with this gang or were being targeted. The entire case is currently being pieced together, and several major arrests are possible in the coming days.
