Adar Poonawalla & Serum Institute Prosecution in Vaccine Fraud Case
• Awaken India Movement member, Sh. Prakash Pohare filed a Rs 10,000 Crores defamation suit against vaccine mafia Adar Poonawalla & Serum Institute.
• Bill Gates, a partner of the serum company, and all directors and employees of the Serum Company will also face prosecution.
• The Senior Division Civil Judge of the Nagpur Court ordered prosecution.
• The defense taken by the Serum Company & Adar & Cyrus Poonawalla is found to be false, allowing the court to grant a decree of Rs. 10,000 Crores to be paid by the Serum Company, Adar and Cyrus Poonawallas to the plaintiff.
• The case is expected to result in the accused Adar & Cyrus Poonawalla & Others not getting bail and may be sent to jail until the conclusion of a trial.
• Similar 1500 more suits are likely to be filed across the country by the members of the Awaken India Movement against Adar Poonawalla and Serum Institute.
