Gun violence in America; 12 people including students killed

California (USA): As many as 12 people were killed in America in three separate shootings. Seven people were killed in a shooting at two Half Moon Bay, California farms.

Four people were killed in the shooting at a mushroom farm and three people were killed in the shooting at the truck business office. This is the second shooting incident in California in three days.

The U.S. police said the victims were Chinese nationals working on the farm. Zhao Chunli (67), an employee of the farm, passed away after the shooting. Later, authorities informed that he was taken into custody.

The accused was caught in his own vehicle in the Half Moon Bay substation parking lot. A weapon was found in his car. Authorities have not released the exact location of the shooting. The provocation for the attack is unclear.

Two students were killed and one injured in a shooting at a school in Iowa. The police have taken three suspects into custody.

Two people were killed, and three others were seriously injured in a shooting at an apartment in Chicago. The assailant broke into the house and opened fire. Police informs that many suspects have escaped from here. No one has been arrested in the incident yet.

Earlier ten people were killed in a shooting during the Chinese New Year celebrations. A 72-year-old man was arrested in connection with the shooting in Monterey Park.
