Security threat for PM Modi in Kerala; BJP accuses Police of leaking programme chart

Date:

Thiruvananthapuram: Security forces in Kerala are on high alert as Prime Minister Narendra Modi faces a massive security threat during his visit to the state, according to recent reports.

The Kerala Police has released an intelligence report warning of potential threats against the Prime Minister, including from Islamic and communist terrorist organizations.

This has raised concerns about the safety of the Prime Minister, particularly given the security challenges posed by the state’s unique political and religious landscape.

BJP state president K. Surendran alleged that an organization of the ruling party is among those who issued threats against the Prime Minister.

The situation is being closely monitored by authorities, and additional security measures are being implemented to ensure the safety of the Prime Minister and others attending his visit.
