Security agencies have foiled a major plot to terrorize the country. In a joint operation by the Delhi Police Special Cell, the Uttar Pradesh Special Investigation Team (ATS), and the Mumbai Police, three suspected ISIS-Jaish terrorists were arrested from Uttar Pradesh and Mumbai within the last 24 hours. Investigations have revealed that these terrorists were active pan-India and were targeting several major religious sites across the country.
The Delhi Police Special Cell and Mumbai ATS have arrested two suspected terrorists from the Kalyan area of Mumbai. They have been identified as Mossab Ahmed alias Kalam and Mohammad Hamad Kolra. According to preliminary investigations, these two terrorists were associated with radical Telegram groups such as ‘Mission Khilafat’ and ‘Soldier of Profit.’
Their ‘game plan’ was extremely dangerous. These terrorists were preparing to carry out blasts in crowded areas and religious places by fitting bombs inside toy cars. Both of them were in direct contact with Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) handler Abu Hufeza. Agencies suspect that 4-5 minors in Mumbai were also under their influence and are currently on the radar.

Meanwhile, the Special Cell’s Counter Intelligence Unit arrested a dreaded terrorist named Rizwan Ahmed from Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh. Rizwan has a long history of terrorism. He had been in contact with ISIS since 2015 and was responsible for recruiting new youth in India. He had previously been imprisoned in Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail for terrorist activities. Bomb-making materials, jihadist literature, and several incriminating documents were recovered from Rizwan.
During interrogation, Rizwan made a shocking revelation. He revealed that he was in contact with ISIS handlers based in Syria. Foreign handlers were training him to make bombs through social media and video calls. He was tasked with establishing a strong Islamic State network in India and brainwashing young people into becoming suicide bombers.
Security agencies believe this operation is not merely a series of arrests, but the uncovering of a larger “terror cocktail.” For the first time, clear indications have emerged that ISIS and Jaish-e-Mohammed are jointly attempting to wage a “hybrid war” against India. Rizwan Ahmed was produced before Delhi’s Patiala House Court and taken on one-day remand, while the terrorists arrested from Mumbai have been brought to Delhi for questioning.
Indian intelligence is receiving valuable information from these terrorists, which it is passing on to the Home Department and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Some of this information reaches you, while the government is keeping some information secret from security personnel. Based on this information, the government is determined to formulate a new strategy to teach Pakistan, its master, a lesson for relying on these terrorists to destroy India.
India has already taught Pakistan a lesson by carrying out air strikes, surgical strikes, and Operation Sindoor in retaliation for the actions taken in India with the help of these terrorists. Now, the need is to annex Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and eliminate Pakistan from the world map.
Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has already stated that Pakistan-occupied Kashmir belongs to India and India will continue to annex it. Furthermore, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, by stating in Parliament that Operation Sindoor is not over and that it will be put on hold for the time being, has hinted that any further terrorist action by Pakistan could teach Pakistan a lesson it never imagined.
Pakistan, like India, has learned the same lesson as India, and has completely changed its style of cooking. Instead of sending terrorists from Pakistan to India, it has begun cultivating pro-Pakistan terrorists with a jihadist mindset within India and, through this, is attempting to weaken India by carrying out major operations here. You have seen how knowledgeable and affluent individuals like doctors, engineers, and IT professionals are operating as sleeper cells here. A large number of Indians with a jihadist mindset are being recruited into their organization and incited to spread violence in India. Large caches of RDX are being seized, and on several occasions, even soldiers have been caught sending confidential service information to Pakistan. There are reports that even prominent leaders of several opposition political parties are linked to this new terrorist module and are secretly supporting it, so that after their actions, they can further their political gains by accusing Prime Minister Narendra Modi of failing to address the issue of terrorism.
The Narendra Modi-led central government, sensing Pakistan’s intentions, has now decided to teach it a lesson in its own language. On one hand, alarmed by the intelligence agencies’ swift action, even a key figure associated with this terrorist module was forced to detonate himself as a suicide bomber, fearing he would be caught by his own intelligence network. However, in this incident, 13 innocent people lost their lives and more than two dozen were injured.
Recognizing the growing fear of its own citizens becoming terrorists and working at Pakistan’s behest, and the internal support they receive from opposition political parties, the Indian government has devised a major strategy to thwart Pakistan’s plans. It aims to destroy sleeper cells within the country, formed at the behest of Pakistan and Syria, disrupt their plans, arrest them, and jail them, and punish opposition political party leaders who support them for such activities, thereby ensuring the country’s internal security. The central government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has largely succeeded in achieving this objective, thwarting the plot to spread terror through toy bombs at many locations, especially religious sites.
In addition, India has significantly strengthened its navy, including INS Taragiri, INS Aridaman, INS Anjadeep, and INS Malvan. This is to prevent Pakistan from taking any hasty action, and India can then finish Pakistan off by annexing Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.
