Rajiv Gandhi Charitable Trust (RGCT), which is chaired by Congress president Sonia Gandhi and has her son Rahul Gandhi as a trustee, received nearly Rs 60 crore (Rs 600 million) over a six year period from Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) that can best be described as Gates-Rockefeller’s crime syndicate implanted in the government in 2006 by Sonia-Manmohan regime.
According to RGCT website, which gives details of donations received under FCRA (Foreign Contributions Regulation Act), the trust took a total of Rs 596,117,652 from PHFI between 2013 and 2018.
That is in addition to Rs 36.69 crore (Rs 366.9 million) that RGCT received from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation over the same period. Thus, the trust raked in a total of Rs 96.30 crore (Rs 963 million) from Bill Gates-affiliated PHFI and the Gates Foundation from 2013 to 2018.
PHFI’s largest donation to RGCT in the six-year period was in 2016 when the latter received Rs 18 crore from the former in addition to receiving Rs 5.78 crore from the Gates Foundation — a total of Rs 23.78 crore.
PHFI’s own records show that in the year that ended on 31 March 2017 it received foreign funds amounting to a whopping Rs 140.66 crore, including Rs 28.11 crore from the Gates Foundation and Rs 30.41 crore from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) which is the US government arm notorious for manipulating and destabilizing countries around the world.
RGCT website shows that it also received Rs 2.16 crore over the two-year period (2014-15) from Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) which also gets funding from the Gates Foundation and the Rockefeller Foundation.

The fund flow from PHFI and the Gates Foundation to RGCT is yet another proof of how Congress party has been working to subvert the Republic of India right from 2006 when it fraudulently embedded the Gates-Rockefeller crime syndicate in the government with support of its partners in the United Progressive Alliance (NCP, DMK, RJD, LJP, PMK, IUML) and the Left parties, and with the connivance of the BJP.

Three chief ministers who helped set up PHFI in India were Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy (1949-2009) of undivided Andhra Pradesh (Congress party), Narendra Modi of Gujarat (BJP), and Naveen Patnaik of Odisha (Biju Janata Dal).

Each of these billionaires is set to benefit or is already benefiting from the ‘pandemic’ hoax and the genocidal lockdowns that have destroyed millions of India’s small and autonomous businesses in favour of a few centralized Big Businesses and the so-called ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution‘ (4IR) promoted by the WEF.

PHFI carries out Gates-Rockefeller’s evil agenda
Over 14 years of its criminal existence, PHFI has been carrying out Gates-Rockefeller’s evil agenda of destroying democracy in India and replacing it with an oligarchic-technocratic rule that ties into a totalitarian world government promoted by the WEF and the United Nations (UN).
‘Public health’ is the smokescreen behind which this totalitarian world government is being constructed by criminal oligarchs like Bill Gates who has emerged as the ugly face of this worldwide tyranny.
The UN, its affiliate the World Health Organization (WHO), and the WEF have been merging with each other over the last one year in crucial ways, representing an alarmingly collusive transfer of global power to the WEF, which is nothing but an exclusive club of the world’s most extortionate and predatory capitalists.
It’s the same WEF that ganged up with the Gates Foundation and the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security (JHCHS) to conduct the ‘Event 201’ dress-rehearsalfor the so-called ‘pandemic’ on 18 October 2019, just a few months before it was imposed on the world by the WHO.
Bill Gates is the largest private funder of the WHO and is a heavy funder of Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health of which JHCHS is a part.
PHFI colluded with the Gates Foundation and the WHO in manufacturing the “coronavirus pandemic” in India and in prodding the Narendra Modi regime and the state governments to impose genocidal “lockdowns” on the country, which destroyed democratic freedoms and livelihoods, and pushed millions of Indians into unemployment, poverty or starvation.
Rockefeller Foundation, another key sponsor of PHFI, had published a report in May 2010 in which it ‘predicted‘ a “pandemic” hitting the world and transforming it into “a world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership”. No wonder Rockefeller Foundation has been working through PHFI over the last 14 years to realize its own ‘prediction’ in India.
PHFI works closely with the Institute of Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) of the University of Washington at Seattle, whose fraudulent ‘predictive contagion models’ provided the basis for draconian lockdowns in the US as well as in India. Like PHFI, IHME was also set up by the Gates Foundation.
The IHME has also been one of the funders of PHFI, giving the latter Rs 1.63 crore in the year that ended on 31 March 2017.
PHFI president K. Srinath Reddy was one of the founding board members of IHME which was set up in 2007. His colleague on that board was Ethiopian politician Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus who became the Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2017.
“It is said that the appointment in 2017 of Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus as the new Director-General of the WHO was made with Gates’ support,” writes Paul Anthony Taylor of Dr. Rath Health Foundation in this article.
Thus, both Reddy and Tedros owe their ascendance in the ‘global health’ arena (which is a euphemism for worldwide criminality and imperialism) to Gates.
Another founding board member of IHME was Lincoln Chen, the president of the China Medical Boardof the Rockefeller Foundation, who has also been on the PHFI governing board right from 2006.
Just a look at the list of PHFI’s funders, say, for the year 2016-17, will show that it has always been an agent of the most predatory and imperialist of the forces in the West, including Wellcome Trust (the second largest non-governmental funder of pharma research in the world after the Gates Foundation) Imperial College-London (whose junk computer modelswere used to justify the draconian coronavirus lockdowns in England and the US), and even the British Royals (whose member, Prince Charles, joined WEF gangsters on 03 June 2020 to call for a ‘Great Reset’ of the global economy on the ruins of billions of livelihoods).

PHFI is also the primary agent and broker in India for the predatory Big Pharma companies that have been engaged in looting, killing and maiming people. It received in 2016-17 a total of Rs 12.66 crore in donations from Glaxosmithkline, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, Eli Lilly, and Abbott Healthcare.
Glaxosmithkline and Merck were involved in the criminal act of testing – without consent – of experimental HPV vaccines on 23,000 tribal girls in Andhra Pradesh (chief minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy of Congress) and Gujarat (chief minister Narendra Modi of BJP).
The experiment, funded by Gates Foundation, killed seven girls (reported at that time) and destroyed the health – particularly the reproductive health – of thousands of other girls.

This data is going to be used in building a biometric digital identity platform for each of the 1.35 billion people of India as their vaccine record-cum-payment system — like the one Bill Gates’ Gavi, Mastercard, and Trust Stamp (an Artificial Intelligence-powered ‘identity authentication’ company) plan to test in some poverty-stricken parts of Africa.
Gavi, by the way, is the ‘founding partner’ of ID2020 Alliance, another Gates-promoted racket to foist ‘digital identity’ on hapless people based on whether or not they have received his dangerous vaccine shots.

This writer sent the government a number of complaints against PHFI’s criminal acts in 2012, but none of those complaints was even acknowledged.
This writer filed another series of complaintsin 2018 with the Modi government. These complaints were acknowledged and triggered some amount of correspondence between the health ministry and this writer.
However, far from taking any concrete action on those complaints, the health ministry officials leaked the names of the complainant and a whistleblower to PHFI after which PHFI tried to silence this writer by sending him a legal notice for defamation and demanding that he remove all his articles and pay ‘damages’ of Rs 2.5 crore!
Gates-led gang subverting Republic of India
Gates Foundation was the leading promoter of PHFI that has been helmed since 2006 by K. Srinath Reddy, the son of K.V. Raghunatha Reddy(1924-2002), who was a Congress politician and a loyal minion of the Nehru-Gandhi dynasty.
Raghunatha Reddy was reportedly brought into the Congress by Jawahar Lal Nehru himself; he was a minister in Indira Gandhi government, served three terms as member of Rajya Sabha, and served in the 1990s as governor of Tripura, West Bengal, and Odisha.
K. Srinath Reddy was one of the eight men who unlawfully registered PHFI as a society on 08 February 2006. He worked then as cardiologist for the central government-controlled AIIMS and had no authority under the civil services rules (or the AIIMS Act) to set up such an organization.
Ashok Alexander, the then country director of Gates Foundation, was another of those eight men. Ashok had worked for McKinsey before joining the Gates Foundation. He is the son of P.C. Alexander (1921-2011) who was at different times principal secretary to two prime ministers, Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi, and had a stint each as governor of Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra.
Another of those eight men was Rajat Gupta of McKinsey who acted as Bill Gates’ main henchman in setting up PHFI and fraudulently embedding it in the Government with the helpof Sonia Gandhi, Manmohan Singh and Montek Singh Ahluwalia.
Sonia was then (as she is now) the president of the Congress party as well as the chair of the powerful National Advisory Council (NAC), some of whose members (Amartya Sen, Mirai Chatterjee, A.K. Shiva Kumar) also sat on the governing body of PHFI.
Manmohan was the prime minister under Sonia’s control and Montek was the deputy chair of the Planning Commission.
Manmohan himself ‘launched’PHFI in March 2006 and invited this criminal club of globalist oligarchs (Gates, Rockefeller and others) and Indian billionaires

Deputy chair of the Planning Commission Montek Singh Ahluwalia, whose son also worked for McKinsey with Rajat Gupta, sat on the governing body of PHFI in a “personal capacity”.
PHFI counsel Mohit Abraham explained “personal capacity” at a hearing held by the Central Information Commission on 24 January 2012 (in which this writer represented the information seeker) by asserting that “Montek Singh Ahluwalia is a member of PHFI board as Montek Singh Ahluwalia, not as deputy chair of the Planning Commission”.
Such criminal devices as “personal capacity” were used by PHFI to corrupt the bureaucracy.
In 2018, Secretary of the Department of Science and Technology (DST) Ashutosh Sharma, for instance, was caught red-handed, helping PHFI strike a deal with a government medical institution while being on the PHFI board without any authorization from the government.
This writer filed a complaint against him, which went up to the Cabinet Secretariat, but no action was taken against him.
No wonder the putative governing body of PHFI — which it claims has the presence of several top bureaucrats of the central government — works behind the scenes as a criminal gang.
The RTI requests for records of official authorization for those bureaucrats to be sitting on the PHFI board have drawn a blank. The government says it has neither any record of providing such authorization nor any record of any of the meetings of the putative governing body of PHFI.
So, while PHFI enjoys all the power and privileges of the Government of India, nobody seems to have any idea as to what goes on inside this criminal gang.

Each of these billionaires has also been associated with the Switzerland-headquartered World Economic Forum (WEF) which is the ‘trade union‘ of over 1000 wealthiest corporations of the world that is not only directly involved in manufacturing the ‘coronavirus pandemic’ hoax, but has also taken control of the United Nations (UN) and is now staking a claim to ‘own’ the entire world – as has been explained in the following paras.
Each of these billionaires is set to benefit or is already benefiting from the ‘pandemic’ hoax and the genocidal lockdowns that have destroyed millions of India’s small and autonomous businesses in favour of a few centralized Big Businesses and the so-called ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution‘ (4IR) promoted by the WEF.
For instance, the billions-dollar wealth of Mukesh Ambani (whose company Jio is providing the digital backbone of 4IR with massive help from other predatory companies) and Cyrus Poonawalla (owner of the world’s largest vaccine-making company by volume that works in close partnership with Bill Gates) grew the sharpest in the wake of the devastation wrought by ‘pandemic’ hoax.
Some of these billionaires are members of globalist organizations and secret societies that are known to be working behind the scenes to subvert democracies in favour of totalitarian technocracies.
Mukesh Ambani and Anand Mahindra, for instance, have been associated with the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). Harpal Singh and Tata’s man S. Ramadorai (who currently chairs the PHFI board) have been associated with the Club of Rome.
Jamshyd Godrej (chairman of Godrej & Boyce) and a number of Tata’s men (like N. Sivasamban) have been members of Rockefeller-founded Trilateral Commission.

PHFI carries out Gates-Rockefeller’s evil agenda
Over 14 years of its criminal existence, PHFI has been carrying out Gates-Rockefeller’s evil agenda of destroying democracy in India and replacing it with an oligarchic-technocratic rule that ties into a totalitarian world government promoted by the WEF and the United Nations (UN).
‘Public health’ is the smokescreen behind which this totalitarian world government is being constructed by criminal oligarchs like Bill Gates who has emerged as the ugly face of this worldwide tyranny.
The UN, its affiliate the World Health Organization (WHO), and the WEF have been merging with each other over the last one year in crucial ways, representing an alarmingly collusive transfer of global power to the WEF, which is nothing but an exclusive club of the world’s most extortionate and predatory capitalists.
It’s the same WEF that ganged up with the Gates Foundation and the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security (JHCHS) to conduct the ‘Event 201’ dress-rehearsalfor the so-called ‘pandemic’ on 18 October 2019, just a few months before it was imposed on the world by the WHO.
Bill Gates is the largest private funder of the WHO and is a heavy funder of Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health of which JHCHS is a part.
PHFI colluded with the Gates Foundation and the WHO in manufacturing the “coronavirus pandemic” in India and in prodding the Narendra Modi regime and the state governments to impose genocidal “lockdowns” on the country, which destroyed democratic freedoms and livelihoods, and pushed millions of Indians into unemployment, poverty or starvation.
Rockefeller Foundation, another key sponsor of PHFI, had published a report in May 2010 in which it ‘predicted‘ a “pandemic” hitting the world and transforming it into “a world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership”. No wonder Rockefeller Foundation has been working through PHFI over the last 14 years to realize its own ‘prediction’ in India.
PHFI works closely with the Institute of Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) of the University of Washington at Seattle, whose fraudulent ‘predictive contagion models’ provided the basis for draconian lockdowns in the US as well as in India. Like PHFI, IHME was also set up by the Gates Foundation.
The IHME has also been one of the funders of PHFI, giving the latter Rs 1.63 crore in the year that ended on 31 March 2017.
PHFI president K. Srinath Reddy was one of the founding board members of IHME which was set up in 2007. His colleague on that board was Ethiopian politician Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus who became the Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2017.
“It is said that the appointment in 2017 of Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus as the new Director-General of the WHO was made with Gates’ support,” writes Paul Anthony Taylor of Dr. Rath Health Foundation in this article.
Thus, both Reddy and Tedros owe their ascendance in the ‘global health’ arena (which is a euphemism for worldwide criminality and imperialism) to Gates.
Another founding board member of IHME was Lincoln Chen, the president of the China Medical Boardof the Rockefeller Foundation, who has also been on the PHFI governing board right from 2006.
Just a look at the list of PHFI’s funders, say, for the year 2016-17, will show that it has always been an agent of the most predatory and imperialist of the forces in the West, including Wellcome Trust (the second largest non-governmental funder of pharma research in the world after the Gates Foundation) Imperial College-London (whose junk computer modelswere used to justify the draconian coronavirus lockdowns in England and the US), and even the British Royals (whose member, Prince Charles, joined WEF gangsters on 03 June 2020 to call for a ‘Great Reset’ of the global economy on the ruins of billions of livelihoods).

PHFI is not just the Deep State in India, it’s actually the official outpost of all the imperial and criminal forces of the West ruling India by proxy.
PHFI fronts for Big Pharma
PHFI is also the primary agent and broker in India for the predatory Big Pharma companies that have been engaged in looting, killing and maiming people. It received in 2016-17 a total of Rs 12.66 crore in donations from Glaxosmithkline, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, Eli Lilly, and Abbott Healthcare.
Glaxosmithkline and Merck were involved in the criminal act of testing – without consent – of experimental HPV vaccines on 23,000 tribal girls in Andhra Pradesh (chief minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy of Congress) and Gujarat (chief minister Narendra Modi of BJP).
The experiment, funded by Gates Foundation, killed seven girls (reported at that time) and destroyed the health – particularly the reproductive health – of thousands of other girls.
(At about the time Bill Gates, Glaxosmithkline and Merck were killing tribal girls in Andhra and Gujarat with generous help from Sonia, Manmohan, Reddy and Modi, Sonia Gandhi conferred – in July 2009 – the “Indira Gandhi Prize for Peace, Disarmament and Development” on the Gates Foundation! This addition has been made on 30 April 2021.)
A government enquiry found that those who conducted the experiment committed serious ethical violations, but Gates Foundation, Glaxosmithkline and Merck were never prosecuted for that murderous crime.
(Glaxosmithkline has a long record of criminality. In 2012, it pleaded guilty to criminal charges and agreed to a $3 billion settlement of the largest health-care fraud case in the US and the largest payment by a pharmaceutical company.)
(Gates Foundation was also behind an aggressive oral polio vaccination campaign that paralyzed 491,000 children in India.)
(Johnson & Johnson supplied faulty hip plants in India damaging or disabling 4700 people who underwent surgeries between 2004-2010. The police acted only in April 2019 to launch an investigation into the complaints.)
Far from prosecuting Bill Gates and his crime syndicate, Narendra Modi, despite his 56-inch chest, has been taking direct orders from Gates through the period of genocidal lockdowns and providing hundreds of crores of rupees of public funds to Gates’ vaccine mafia — Gavi, which came into being in 2000, and CEPI (Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations) which was launched in 2017 at a WEF meeting and has the support of Glaxosmithkline, Merck, and other Big Pharma predators.
Modi has, in fact, thrown the Constitution of India into the garbage bin and has been working as the hireling of the Gates-Rockefeller crime syndicate which is part of the larger criminal network of WEF. As a result, hardcore criminals are now ruling India by proxy.
Right from the time Sonia-Manmohan regime ceded the entire public health administration to PHFI, the government has allowed several ‘revolving doors’ to exist between it and Bill Gates’ criminal outfits.
Anuradha Gupta, for instance, worked as an additional secretary and the director of the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare before selling herself to Gavi. She is now Deputy CEO of Geneva-headquartered Gavi and represents her employer in the ‘investors group‘ of the Global Financing Facility (GFF), another ‘global health’ racket begun with Gates’ funding.
Gupta also served from 2015 to 2018 on the advisory board of ‘Merck for Mothers’ which is quite a striking example of how Bill Gates’ vaccine mafia (whose member Gavi receives funding from the Modi government) has been openly working as a marketer for Big Pharma companies like Merck.
Gagandeep Kang, who is a prominent bioscientist and the director of Translational Health Science and Technology Institute under Department of Biotechnology, sits on the board of CEPI.
It’s difficult to say how many dozen Indian government officials have been prostituting themselves to the Gates-Rockefeller crime syndicate or are on its payroll.
Bill Gates now rules India!
There are numerous ways in which Gates Foundation has actually been running the Government of India and getting the state agencies to carry out its evil agenda. The Sonia-Manmohan regime, for instance, entered into the ‘Grand Challenges’ partnership with the Gates Foundation in March 2013 to “co-fund projects that aim to direct scientific discovery to develop affordable, sustainable solutions that improve health”.
Like all other scams of the Sonia-Manmohan regime, Narendra Modi allowed the ‘Grand Challenges’ to continue after he became the prime minister in 2014.
A part of the ‘Grand Challenges’ actually advances the most diabolical part of the Bill Gates’ agenda, namely to turn India into a surveillance state while helping his vaccine mafia to better target the billion-plus population.
Under ‘Grand Challenges’, the Department of Biotechnology has numerous projects going for surveilling the citizens of India and collecting their data, using biometric/Aadhaar, face recognition, blockchain and cloud computing technologies.
This data is going to be used in building a biometric digital identity platform for each of the 1.35 billion people of India as their vaccine record-cum-payment system — like the one Bill Gates’ Gavi, Mastercard, and Trust Stamp (an Artificial Intelligence-powered ‘identity authentication’ company) plan to test in some poverty-stricken parts of Africa.
Gavi, by the way, is the ‘founding partner’ of ID2020 Alliance, another Gates-promoted racket to foist ‘digital identity’ on hapless people based on whether or not they have received his dangerous vaccine shots.
[Other ‘founding partners’ of ID2020 Alliance are the Rockefeller Foundation and Gates’ Microsoft Corporation. Talking of Microsoft, guess who joined its board in December 2019 as an ‘independent director’.
It’s Emma Walmsley, the CEO of Glaxosmithkline, of course — your friendly killing, maiming, bribing, looting and defrauding company that gave PHFI Rs 2.53 crore in 2016-17! And Walmsley’s predecessor in Glaxosmithkline Andrew Witty recently joined WHO’s COVID-19 vaccine programme! Now if Gates’ minion Tedros can’t even wangle that, what’s the point of putting him at the WHO!]
This writer sent the government a number of complaints against PHFI’s criminal acts in 2012, but none of those complaints was even acknowledged.
This writer filed another series of complaintsin 2018 with the Modi government. These complaints were acknowledged and triggered some amount of correspondence between the health ministry and this writer.
However, far from taking any concrete action on those complaints, the health ministry officials leaked the names of the complainant and a whistleblower to PHFI after which PHFI tried to silence this writer by sending him a legal notice for defamation and demanding that he remove all his articles and pay ‘damages’ of Rs 2.5 crore!
Gates-led gang subverting Republic of India
Gates Foundation was the leading promoter of PHFI that has been helmed since 2006 by K. Srinath Reddy, the son of K.V. Raghunatha Reddy(1924-2002), who was a Congress politician and a loyal minion of the Nehru-Gandhi dynasty.
Raghunatha Reddy was reportedly brought into the Congress by Jawahar Lal Nehru himself; he was a minister in Indira Gandhi government, served three terms as member of Rajya Sabha, and served in the 1990s as governor of Tripura, West Bengal, and Odisha.
K. Srinath Reddy was one of the eight men who unlawfully registered PHFI as a society on 08 February 2006. He worked then as cardiologist for the central government-controlled AIIMS and had no authority under the civil services rules (or the AIIMS Act) to set up such an organization.
Ashok Alexander, the then country director of Gates Foundation, was another of those eight men. Ashok had worked for McKinsey before joining the Gates Foundation. He is the son of P.C. Alexander (1921-2011) who was at different times principal secretary to two prime ministers, Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi, and had a stint each as governor of Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra.
Another of those eight men was Rajat Gupta of McKinsey who acted as Bill Gates’ main henchman in setting up PHFI and fraudulently embedding it in the Government with the helpof Sonia Gandhi, Manmohan Singh and Montek Singh Ahluwalia.
Sonia was then (as she is now) the president of the Congress party as well as the chair of the powerful National Advisory Council (NAC), some of whose members (Amartya Sen, Mirai Chatterjee, A.K. Shiva Kumar) also sat on the governing body of PHFI.
Manmohan was the prime minister under Sonia’s control and Montek was the deputy chair of the Planning Commission.
Manmohan himself ‘launched’PHFI in March 2006 and invited this criminal club of globalist oligarchs (Gates, Rockefeller and others) and Indian billionaires
(Mukesh Ambani, Shiv Nadar, Nandan Nilekani and others) to recast the entire public health policy and administration of the country.
Thence started the subversion of the Republic of India. PHFI has since then completely honeycombed the governments at the central and state levels, buying off politicians and bureaucrats and corrupting the administration at all levels.
Deputy chair of the Planning Commission Montek Singh Ahluwalia, whose son also worked for McKinsey with Rajat Gupta, sat on the governing body of PHFI in a “personal capacity”.
PHFI counsel Mohit Abraham explained “personal capacity” at a hearing held by the Central Information Commission on 24 January 2012 (in which this writer represented the information seeker) by asserting that “Montek Singh Ahluwalia is a member of PHFI board as Montek Singh Ahluwalia, not as deputy chair of the Planning Commission”.
Such criminal devices as “personal capacity” were used by PHFI to corrupt the bureaucracy.
In 2018, Secretary of the Department of Science and Technology (DST) Ashutosh Sharma, for instance, was caught red-handed, helping PHFI strike a deal with a government medical institution while being on the PHFI board without any authorization from the government.
This writer filed a complaint against him, which went up to the Cabinet Secretariat, but no action was taken against him.
No wonder the putative governing body of PHFI — which it claims has the presence of several top bureaucrats of the central government — works behind the scenes as a criminal gang.
The RTI requests for records of official authorization for those bureaucrats to be sitting on the PHFI board have drawn a blank. The government says it has neither any record of providing such authorization nor any record of any of the meetings of the putative governing body of PHFI.
So, while PHFI enjoys all the power and privileges of the Government of India, nobody seems to have any idea as to what goes on inside this criminal gang.
It’s to hide the criminal reality of PHFI’s governing body that K. Srinath Reddy actually forgeda document and sent that to this writer in 2012 as a response to a request under the Right to Information (RTI) Act 2005!
Such has been the blatantly criminal nature of Gates-Rockefeller’s crime syndicate in India – which RSS Pracharak Modi has been shielding by abusing the Constitutional office he occupies.
