The mention of the Suraj primarily draws our attention to a large beam of light that spreads light all around. However, the two Suraj being discussed in this news do not radiate redness, but darkness, unlike the true Suraj i.e.the Sun. The fact that these two Suraj are co-accused, along with Aditya Thackeray, Dino Morea, and some police officers, on charges of gang rape, murder, and destruction of evidence in the Disha Salian case, reveals how many other such dark deeds they may be involved in. However, this is the responsibility of the CBI and other investigating agencies, and they will do it. I am also calling for the CBI to investigate this case because, firstly, the FIR filed after the case was transferred to the CBI mentions Suraj’s name, and secondly, some important clues related to this matter have been submitted to the investigating agency by Nilesh Ojha, the lawyer representing Disha Salian’s father, Satish Salian.

In September 2026, on the orders of the Bombay High Court, the CBI initiated a fresh investigation into the 2020 death of Sushant Singh Rajput’s former manager, Disha Salian.
Based on statements recorded by Disha Salian’s father, the CBI FIR has named Suraj Pancholi and several other high-profile individuals.
Suraj Pancholi has issued an official statement on social media, completely denying these allegations. He says he has never met Disha Salian or Aditya Thackeray in his life. He also stated that he is ready to fully cooperate with the CBI in the investigation, as he has nothing to hide.
Previously, the CBI special court acquitted Suraj Pancholi in the Zia Khan suicide case in April 2023.
Suraj Chauhan is considered to be a close confidante of Aditya Thackeray, a fact Paramvir Singh also mentioned in the Antilia case. In a statement on a camera , Paramvir Singh stated that the person who came to him with a message from Aditya Thackeray and Uddhav Thackeray regarding Sachin Baze’s reappointment was none other than Suraj Chauhan.
Suraj Chauhan, a young Shiv Sena (UBT) leader and close associate of Aditya Thackeray, has been under investigation in the money laundering case, primarily related to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) COVID-19 khichdi scam.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) took the lead in this case, arresting Suraj Chauhan in January 2024. The scam involves allegations of political pressure to award khichdi distribution contracts to inexperienced companies and financial irregularities worth crores of rupees. The case is currently under investigation by financial crime investigation agencies (ED/EOW).
