These include WhatsApp, missed calls, mobile apps, IVRS, and online platforms. These options allow you to book a gas cylinder from the comfort of your home in just a few minutes.
How to book an Indane Gas cylinder?
There are several digital and offline options available for Indane customers.
How to book via WhatsApp?
First, save the number 7588888824 on your phone.
Go to WhatsApp and start a chat on this number.
Send “REFILL” from your registered mobile number.
The system will verify your details, and the cylinder will be booked.
You’ll then receive a booking information message.
How to book via the app?
Go to your smartphone’s Play Store/App Store.
Search for and download the IndianOil One App.
After downloading, log in with your registered mobile number.
Submit the booking by selecting the ‘Order Cylinder’ (Refill) option.
You can also make payment online or through ‘Cash on Delivery’.
How to book via SMS?
Send SMS (Refill) to 7718955555 from your registered mobile number.
If you’re using the SMS service for the first time, please register your mobile number.
To do this, send an SMS to 7718955555, including your 16-digit Customer ID and the last four digits of your Aadhaar card.
How to book via IVRS (phone number)?
Call 7718955555 from your registered mobile number.
After the call is connected, select the language of your choice.
Confirm your consumer number or LPG ID as per the voice instructions.
Confirm the refill request.
After the booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation message with the refill booking number via SMS on your mobile.

How to book an HP Gas cylinder?
Customers can also use IVRS calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and mobile apps to book HP Gas cylinders.
HP Gas Booking via Phone (IVRS)
Dial 8888823456 from your registered mobile number.
After the call is connected, select a language of your choice.
Enter your 16-digit LPG ID or customer number for verification.
Confirm the booking by following the instructions.
You will then receive an SMS confirmation with your booking reference number on your mobile phone, allowing you to track the delivery.
HP Gas Booking via SMS
Go to the Messages app on your mobile.
Type HPGAS in the message box.
Send this message to 8888823456 from your registered mobile number.
After sending the message, you will receive a confirmation SMS with the booking details.
HP Gas Booking via WhatsApp

Go to WhatsApp and send “Hi” to this number.
Complete the cylinder booking process by following the instructions.
Once the booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation message with the booking ID.

Download the HP Pay Mobile App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Login or register with your customer ID and registered mobile number.
Click on the Book Cylinder option in the app.
Check your information and confirm the booking.

To book via IVRS, SMS, or WhatsApp, first register your mobile number on the Bharat Gas website.

First, go to the Bharat Gas website and register your mobile number to use the IVRS service.

After the call is connected, select the “Book Cylinder” option according to the instructions.
Enter your LPG consumer number or registered mobile number and other information.

Go to the Messages app on your mobile.
Type “LPG” in the message box.

After sending the message, you will receive a confirmation SMS regarding the booking status.
