Noida: Renowned entrepreneur and motivational speaker Vivek Bindra has been accused of assaulting his wife in Noida, as confirmed by police officials on Saturday.
Authorities have initiated an investigation into the allegations and stated that further action will be taken based on the ongoing probe.

Vivek got married to Yanika on 6 December 2023, but within a week after the wedding, allegations arose about an incident involving Vivek and his wife.
Reports suggest that just eight days after their marriage, on December 14, a case was registered against Vivek at Noida Sector 126 police station. The case alleges an altercation between Vivek Bindra and his wife Yanika.
Vivek Bindra’s brother-in-law Vaibhav Kwatra lodged the complaint at Sector 126 police station in Noida. He mentioned that Yanika and Vivek were married at Lalit Managar Hotel on December 6, 2023. Vivek resides in Supernova West Residency, Sector 94 in Noida. Additionally, there’s a viral video showing a heated discussion between Vivek and his wife.
According to Vaibhav Kwatra, an argument ensued between Vivek and his mother around 3 am on December 7. When Yanika intervened, Vivek allegedly locked her in a room and subjected her to verbal abuse. This escalated, leading to Yanika sustaining injuries. As a result, Yanika is reported to have been admitted to Kailash Deepak Hospital in Delhi, with injuries affecting her hearing.
The case was officially registered on December 14, but it gained public attention while the disagreement between Vivek Bindra and Sandeep Maheshwari was making headlines on social media. The police have registered a case against Vivek under various sections of the law. The authorities have initiated an investigation, and further actions will be determined based on the findings of this inquiry.
