CNG-PNG PRICE HIKE: Big setback for Diwali, CNG too expensive for petrol and diesel

New Delhi: In the festive season, the common man has got another shock of inflation. Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) prices have increased in Delhi-NCR since today. The prices of petrol, diesel, and LPG are already taking a toll on the pockets of the common man. In such a situation, now in the festive season, the price of CNG has also increased by Rs.3

CNG becomes costlier by Rs 3 per kg

Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) has increased the price of CNG by Rs 3 per kg. The new prices have come into effect this morning October 8. At the same time, the price of PNG has also increased by Rs.3

CNG in Delhi is now Rs 78 61 paise per kg

In Delhi, now instead of Rs 75 61 paise, CNG will be available at Rs 78 61 paise per kg. The price of CNG in Noida was Rs 78 17 paise per kg, which has now increased to Rs 81 17 paise per kg.

The Ministry of Petroleum has recently increased 40 percent

It is worth noting that a few days ago, the Petroleum Ministry increased the price of natural gas by up to 40 percent. Since then it was feared that the prices of CNG would also increase in different cities in the country. When natural gas is expensive, the companies that manufacture CNG are under pressure to increase the prices.
