Chirag Paswan’s Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas Paswan), a member of the NDA alliance, made a major announcement regarding the 2027 UP Assembly elections. The party will contest all 403 assembly seats in UP on its own. Eastern UP State President Rajiv Paswan stated that his party has an alliance with the BJP at the center, but there is no alliance in the state. He also stated that the Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) is preparing to contest the assembly elections with the mission of “UP First” and “UP Wale First.”
