No re-fee charges for the next exam, NTA informs
The NTA has not yet provided any information on the exam date, but the agency has clarified that registrations, candidate details, and selected exam centers for the 2026 session will be considered valid for the re-examination. Furthermore, students will not be charged exam fees again.
Students expressed displeasure on social media regarding the cancellation of the NEET exam. They left various comments on the NTA’s post on Twitter. One commented that this is worse than 2024. Another user said that students work hard all year, and when they take the exam, either the paper is leaked or the exam is cancelled. This disturbs students’ mental health. Students deserve accountability, not repeated negligence.
